XY - HER HAIR WILL GO DOWN VERY SOON

Another true story :
This young lady "XY" wants to do "something" with her hair. Her boyfriend asked her for having long hair about three years ago, she did it for him and she didn't cut anything for all this time.
Now it's about 10" below her shoulders - she doesn't like it, feels untidy - hair is falling over her eyes and face perpetually, it's oily very soon after washing and she doesn't know how to style it - for all that she tried many and many various products for haircare. 
She looks back for her previous shorter style before (pic 1 below) and during (pic 2) of the growing process. Her mother and girlfriends says, that she looked much better without these "falling curtains". Her boyfriend urged her for growing her hair longer. Paradoxically - on the opposite side she regrets her dark blonde locks when she looks at the mirror and imagine, how it falls down ... But she's looking forward to visit the salon, she wants to consult her look with hairdresser and she wants to snip her 10" long bangs off, and shorten front top and parts around her ears minimally...

XY´s hairstyle
She needs - by your opinion ...
None - her hair looks beautiful as is and go with her, keep long bangs
Snip damaged parts and trim ends all around only
Cut off bangs, shorten all hair around her face and trim back
Cut off bangs and all other hair to one length or longer bob
Snip off lighter parts (visible on pic 4) to layered style
Cut all hair uniformly, but not quite to short (about 8" off)
Short haircut - return to previous look (as on pic 1)
Haircut - return to previous medium-short style (as on pic 2)
Her hair looks unseemly - let it all fall down as soon as possible and go to very short or clipper cut
